  We've stayed in hotels all over the world, and I have to say that this was one of our favorites. The price can't be beat for such a wonderful stay! There were bathrobes and slippers for each guest, the beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were fabulous, especially the shower. The manager and staff were so friendly and helpful.   Wonderful, helpful and reliable staff. You could set your watch to the three rotating desk clerks, and each was extremely warm and hospitable. Wifi was very reliable, unlike that of other hotels which claim to offer it, and then it only works in the lobby.   Everything!!! We booked a lake view room and they gave us a suite. Practically every window and balcony/deck gives fabulous views of the lake.   The hotel was perfect for our trip and allowed us to cut the costs of expensive breakfasts/lunches as the hotel offers a kitchen/living room. This includes an oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer and all cooking utensils.   We had an unexpected opportunity to visit Lake Garda with just a little notice. We didn't have time to learn about every town so we decided to do something creative and pick where to stay based on the hotel. We chose the place with the best guest ratings we could find. They were all sincerely kind and genuinely helpful. Most - The hotel was on the major route through town so was easily accessible however it was not noisy. The hotel provided secure car parking in a parking garage directly across from the hotel at €8 per day. The hotel was extremely modern. The room was bright and fresh with lots of space. The bathroom was modern and well laid out. The whole place was very well designed and appeared very fresh and new.

  We loved this hotel very much,the staff were fantastic, very friendly and work very hard !! A great location a very nice room, the food is excellent with a great selection of wine( you dont need to go anywhere else!!).
