  We had a wonderful stay. The limo service offered picked us up at the airport and drove us back at the end of our stay (all Iin time). Furthermore everything we wanted to visit was within walking distance! Staff is very helpful. We arrived early, and could leave the luggage.   When we arrived, we had the pleasant surprise to get an upgrade from a normal room to a studio (with kitchenette). The room is very comfortable and spacious enough.. The staff is very welcoming, helpful and nice (though we arrived at about 11am, our room was ready).   Perfect location, only 2 minutes walk away from the Cavour Metro station plus one of the best gelato shops in Rome (Fatamorgana) is right outside the hotel.   We loved absolutely everything about this place. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Although you don't have the same facilities as in a regular hotel, I think it's a perfect place to stay and discover Rome.

As - The hotel made a mistake and sold me a room which was already booked. As soon as they discovered the problem, they immediately called me and placed at another place which was close to all attractions but still on a residential street far away from the crowds. In addition, they offered a free transfer to the airport. Alessandro and Myryam went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. I am booking with them for my next trip to Rome. Thank you.
