  I loved everything about this hotel. This is the second time we stayed and we were certainly and definitely not disappointed. The hotel itself is absolutely brilliant, the decor stunning and the location perfect. However, the trump card is certainly the staff, particularly the young gentleman who was manning reception when we arrived and throughou... 别人怎么说 » t most of the stay. We were made to feel like royalty. This is, in my view, the best place to stay in when in Ragusa Ibla. Breakfast was also top-notc - Very nice place, high level of service, nice and friendly staff, located just a few steps from the square in front of Il Duomo. Close to restaurants, shopping and Culture. Parking free of charge in the street below, worked perfectly with direct access from the hotelelevator. Wifi worked perfectly, fast access. Nice view over the Ragusa valley. I would lika to come back. Can be highly recommended!

  The breakfast was excellent and the buffet offered a great variety. The location including the view, pool and terrace is unique. All staff were very friendly and helpful.   The location of the Hotel was great - just 15min walk to Ibla and in the center of all other attractions of Ragusa, opposite to the cathedral. The Hotel it self is in one of the old palaces. The service was great, especially the receptionist Michele, who was at our disposal for any questions or recommendations. We truly recommend this wonderful Hotel, and will visit again - The hotel is up hill on new Ragusa area. The service is 5 stars, breakfast is good, rooms are very cute and well decorated, very romantic. We were there just for 1 night and were very impressed with the quality of service. The hotel was a antique house of upscale family from old times turned into a hotel. It is very charming and you can walk around the hotel and imagine how life used to be in the past in that house.

  We lucked out and paid a great low season rate for essentially their penthouse room -- which was mod, spacious, and loft-like. I'm not sure what this room goes for in summer, but we felt like we had every luxury for a bargain price. No breakfast on site when we were there, but they gave us vouchers to some great local caffes and pasticcerie. The quality was excellent. Our room was very stylish and big bathroom. You won't believe that there were real flowers in a vase in the room!!!
