  Wonderful, helpful and reliable staff. You could set your watch to the three rotating desk clerks, and each was extremely warm and hospitable. Wifi was very reliable, unlike that of other hotels which claim to offer it, and then it only works in the lobby.   We had an unexpected opportunity to visit Lake Garda with just a little notice. We didn't have time to learn about every town so we decided to do something creative and pick where to stay based on the hotel. We chose the place with the best guest ratings we could find. They were all sincerely kind and genuinely helpful. Most - The hotel was on the major route through town so was easily accessible however it was not noisy. The hotel provided secure car parking in a parking garage directly across from the hotel at €8 per day. The hotel was extremely modern. The room was bright and fresh with lots of space. The bathroom was modern and well laid out. The whole place was very well designed and appeared very fresh and new.
