We have travelled widely and found Petra Campana to be one of the most
beautiful places we have ever stayed in. We primarily came to Orvieto to
look at Luca Signorelli's fresco cycle at the Duomo, and discovered

Perfection! It's not often that the 'real thing' is better than the pictures or even your imagination, but Pietra Campana is. The view of Orvieto is postcard-perfect; it's jaw-dropping. That, coupled with the two most wonderful, caring and friendly hosts you could imagine, plus magnificent, huge, romantic apartment, and an enormous breakfast ... all within a super-easy drive to fantastic Orvieto and wonderful day trips to some of the best hill-top villages in Italy. What more could you ask for?
