  The view from the hotel is amazing. The owners were very nice and let uscheck in early. This is definately a place to stay if you have a car. Wedrove 8 minutes down the road to the train stop and then traveled bytrain into Florence each day. It was only 3 stops away from Florence Wereceived very helpful maps and information from our hostess about t... 别人怎么说 » hetrain schedule and free parking - The view is spectacular.Whilst in Italy, I sprained my foot, and the staff were wonderful in looking after me, making sure I had enough ice etc. Couldn't say enough good things about the place.

  Everything is excellent here! The position near Florence (20 minutes to center) and near everything interesting in Tuscany (Pisa, Siena, Chianti, Livorno, Lucca, Arezzo), the staff, the owners (very helpful with everything, from special requests to recommending locations and giving info) the pool, the garden, the view... If you want something special, Residence Piandaccoli is the ans - We loved the place.To get to the center of Firenze ,it took us 25 mins by car or you have the option of taking the train from the nearby station ,which takes about 15 mins.The place itself is beautiful with great scenery and also has a pool.The apartments are very well furnished , the kitchen came in very handy for us. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We plan to go back and would certainly recommend it to every one.

  The staff was amazing. Alexandro and Diego were so great, helping us with wonderful recommendations where to go and what to do. The room was beautiful. The whole villa was amazing with the castle, and the small river and the private lake and vineyards... It was beautiful! The room was so clean and inviting, it was beautiful and tasteful. The breakfast - There was not a thing we didn't like @ Il Borgo di Villa Castelletti.The staff were unbelievably helpful and friendly, they went above andbeyond their duties to help us plan day trips and find restaurants. Thehotel was very clean, very comfortable and they offered many smalldetails that were much appreciated (like free internet and free dailybottles of water).
