The staff, faculities, able to mingle with other guess with ease and meet new friends, location good to use as a base to explore countryside and hill towns, grounds beautiful and allowed to roam the property at will. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was very nice, ideal for quick trips to explore the beautiful Tuscan landscape. Pool was great also, either for a quick morning dip or a relaxing afternoon.
