  the staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English. The rooms were clean and cool in the heat. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of food. The hotel was a very short walk to the leaning tower. We had an evening meal at the hotel which was also very good. It was excellent value for money. - Everything!   Very nice place to stay - right opposite Pisa stazione. Newly refurbished by the looks of things, very friendly and helpful staff, well equipped and very clean rooms/bathrooms.
