The owner was very friendly and helpful. It was extremely clean, the room and the kitchen were well equipped. It is located in a quiet street very close to the railway station and to the main sights too.The house has a nice garden with beautiful plants. We could have a very good time at this place. Absolutely recommended!. This place has it all; an excellent location in the centre of Pisa, 15 minutes walk from all the major attractions; a friendly, hospitable owner who went out of his way to ensure we had a comfortable stay; excellent, clean facilities and use of kitchen.
所有评语 » The caretaker (Baggio?) was very friendly and accomodating. He tries very hard to ensure needs are met. He is doing a nice job of renovating and keeping the rooms in good condition. We also had some nice conversations in the evenings out in the yard. This was a little haven of peace and tranquillity in the middle of Pisa. The owner was very friendly and the location is superb. We stayed in the 2 bed apartment & it was lovely, only regret is that we couldn;t stay there a bit longer. Really nice, clean, friendly B&B with lovely tranquil garden set in excellent location in the busy noisy city of Pisa. Near station and leaning tower.. Owner very friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money. Will be back!. The staff was very friendly. The hotell had an enclosed backyard with sitting groups and umbrellas. The location was central, close to excellent cafes and gelateria. -. Nothing. Some of the other guests did not clean up after themselves in the common kitchen area. nothing. nothing. Not easy to find as there is no way to drive your own car to the front door. (ZTL) Trafic limitation zone for locals only. There is some street noise coming in but as I saw it is the same everywhere in the city. The bathroom is external. We stayed a saturday so there was noise from the nearby pubs until 1.30ish. Light switch turns off power to whole room which is annoying, woke up to find none of our phones/cameras had charged. No mirror in our room. Nothing. The street outside my bed room window was noisy in the mornings, waking me up. Room would benefit from some hangers for towels and dirty laundry, which cannot be in bathroom because it is shared. the room is next to a small valley which is quite noisy. There is a small square with some busy bars in the neighbourhood and the bedroom windows are facing the street, so it was a bit noisy at night. It was festival night, so I expected a lot of noise but it was excessive - it seemed like a disco was next door since a DJ and music were amplified very loud until late at night. Don't park in yellow parking. Use the blue or else it is €30. They required payment up front. During a five-day stay, it was rather noisy at times due to poor isolation, either from the street or from other guests sharing the facilities. The (shared) toilets were sometimes in bad shape, though this of course highly depends on the civility of others.
