  The staff were very pleasant and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were excellent. The hotel is centrally located and all the key parts of Assisi were within easy walking distance. - I had everything I need in my room and nice breakfast included! The room was always clean.   The photographs do not do the hotel justice. It is not only beautiful but the location is wonderful. The hotel personnel make you feel like family--they are very accommodating and extremely friendly. We had a room with 4 single beds. The room was lovely and roomy and much more attractive than the picture. While this is not an upscale hotel, and everything about it is not perfect, I would not hesitate to stay again. The view from my room was just stunning.   The location is not too far from bus terminus. The room is clean, beautifully decorated in an artistic style and big. The food of breakfast is very good and the breakfast area is also decorated just like a 4 star hotel.
