  All staff were helpful and went out of their way to make our stay as good as it could be. Rooms were clean and lots of crockery and cutlery. We ordered a two bedroom apartment which was very comfortable for our family of two adults and 3 children (16,14,10). The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. We really enjoyed our stay and surely recommend it to others.

The rooms are clean and of acceptable size although some of rooms under roof have only small window that may not be appreciated by those who is not found of castle style.
