Very friendly, helpful and chatty staff. Lovely room with a view of the garden. Very clean. And breakfast (pretty much any time you want!) was varied and plentiful - a true joy to start the day with!. Good hotel with very good and friendly stuff. Rooms are always clean and breakfast is good. Location of hotel is comfortable, 10 minutes from train station and 20 minutes by train to Bologna.
