The rooms are quite big, very comfortable and equipped with all the necessities. The owners are very warm and welcoming, on a level that we did not experience in a B&B or a hotel yet. They offer to help with literally everything and make you feel at home. My wife hasceliac disease and the owners supplied great gluten free options for her for breakfast. The breakfast offered here is incredibly diverse and tasty. The B&B is a short walking distance from the lake. Over all, a truly amazing.

The direct access from our room to a little patio with table and chairs was convenient for the few times we decided to buy lunch/dinner and eat it at the B&B. Perfect location to visit Lake Garda and everything it offers. This B&B was like having our home away from home with a pool! Breakfast was always a pleasure! Thank you (Grazie) for the great hospitality of the owners. Good out of town location, close to n26 stop for hourly buses to Peschiera/Sirmione/Verona and near to lakeshore. Large, quiet, clean rooms. Good breakfasts and very helpful owners. E.G. we rang them, thinking I had left my smartphone on the bus. Within seconds, they offered to help us contact the firm, and raced over to search our room where, as it turned out, I'd dropped the phone as we left for our trip. And they make a great cappucino. The room was simple, modern, large and clean. We had a covered parking in the site which was secure & handy. The owner couple was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed lovely breakfast with various breads, home-made jams and just cooked omelet. All were very well organised and provided maximum comfort to guests. We strongly recommend this hotel and hope that we have another chance to visit them soon. Everything... it was so perfect, fiorella and mirco are such a nice friendly people. Gave us suggestions and were brilliant tips. Rooms very big, beds so comfortable , pool was loved my the kids for an hour break. would like to go back very soon.... your hospitality was amazing. Everything was just perfect. The owner was so kind and hospitable. She gave us a lot of advice as to what to see and where to ear. If you need anything, just ask and she will give it to you. She had special cakes made for me, because of my diet. Everything is perfect, including rooms, location, hostess, breakfast, etc. Would recommend to anyone. Very close to the lake, the hostess explains everything around the area - where to eat, where to go, where to visit. Clean and simple. Persistent wet and cold weather made any outdoor activity uncomfortable and despite owners offering free bikes, we regretted not hiring a car. Travelling here by train/bus from nearby airports is easy, but better to leave it till midseason. nothing. Everything was just perfect. I have just a couple of suggestion: more efficient shower curtain and an high chair for children in the breakfast room. Need better directions if arriving by car. Name of restaurant on corner or something. The directions from letsbookhotel.com on how to get to the accommodation was incomplete. nothing. Nothing. Not good noice isolation between rooms. The was a fridge but no facilities for tea and coffee etc. Lacked knowledge on how to get to airport without a car. Ended up around the corner at a campsite who helped us. No information in the area in rooms.
