  Our trip to Italy started with alot of challenges which led us to arrive the property very late at 12 midnight. Yet Vittorio welcomed us with a huge smile on his face though he waited for us after a 3 hour delay. We stayed in a suite (so worth it!!!) and had a view that was very magical to wake up to. That we enter one of the two beautifully restored buildings to be shown not only to a room but to a spacious, lovingly furnished apartment. Plus there is a fully equipped kitchen/ living room with a fireplace to share with the upstairs apartment.   Staying here was just like having our own villa. Everything was lovely, the Villa's family was kind and welcoming, and the setting was peaceful. We were invited to pick what we wanted from the garden (the tomatoes and apples were delicious). We were only sorry that it was just a one-night stay.

  A little hard to find, but once you get to the area, there are signs everywhere. Bruno was a great host and the place is lovely. It's like you're living in the countryside. Great place to stay if you have a car. 10 mins drive to Cortona and the major lake.

  I just fell in love with the place from the moment we arrived! It's breathtaking beautiful, as well the house from the outside and the large garden, as the room itself. If you love an authentic place full of charm, then go there! But that's not all, also Maria, the owner, is one of the kindest persons I ever met. I definitely go b - A very good taste of Italian countryside starting with the location, the house furnishing and rich breakfast, and continuing with the nice stories and pleasant talk with our hosts.
