  My wife and I stayed for 6 days. We found all staff friendly helpful and very obliging. Bruno was an excellent host. They were always willing to allow us to try our italian. What makes the difference between one hotel from an - Beautiful location right on Lake Trasimeno and close to a major highway. Owner Bruno and staff are hard working and try to please their guests. Breakfast is fantastic and they always tried to accommodate my gluten free diet. The rooms are an odd mix of old and new but offered every basic convenience. The bed was comfortable, a/c good, large 1st floor balcony w view of the lake, ample parking. Restaurant on the premises offered better meals than many of the places we tried so we ate there twice.

  Friendly staff, clean and quite room, excellent location for visiting Places such as Perugia, Siena, Assisi and a good number of quaint villages in Umbria and Southern Tuscany - Good selection of food for breakfast and evening meal.
