If noise doesn't bother you and you want to be close to the action in Palermo, this is a well-priced, clean B and B . You can choose to have a breakfast of panini and interesting cheeses, some cereal and yoghu - Spotlessly clean large comfortable room with nice furniture. Lovely, helpful owners. It is a very short walk to some good restaurants and bars, you may have to book, quite busy. The owners are opening an art gallery/library/wine bar in the complex and as these are housed inside large wooden doors, I believe will provide a quiet haven from the busyness of Palermo. Free wifi. We were given an ENORMOUS apartment, not less than 100 sq. m., consisting of huge antechamber, big sitting room, huge bedroom with four-poster bed, kitchen, bathroom with essential toiletries, 3 balconies.   My husband and I stayed at the B&B Serpotta when we first arrived in Sicily and liked it so much that we extended our stay by one night. We also rebooked at the B&B for our last night before heading home. The rooms/suites are beyond what you would expect from a B&B. The B&B also has a hot tub and workout area which again is beyond most B&B - I (67 yrs) was travelling with my God daughter (29) who has cerebral palsy. All the staff treated her with respect and good humour and indulged her attempts to speak Italian, she has difficulty speaking English! Nothing was too much trouble and when an incident occurred that necessitated a change of bedding, I was assure it was "no problem". The apartment was more than I expected, beautifully appointed and scrupulously clean. A truly wonderful stay.
