  The location is perfect if you want to be in the center of all the historical sites. From our hotel room, we could see the beautiful cupola of the church next door. We stayed 4 nights and the staff were very helpful, and were particularly obliging when we wanted to change our room (personal reasons) - they really wanted to ensure that we were happy. Breakfasts were excellent. Location is also excellent with ease of access to the historical sites.

  The location was great, within easy walking distance to Palermo city centre ............... also the view from our room (a front room over looking the harbour) was brilliant although the other couple we were travelling with got a room at the back of the hotel which over looked what appeared to be a shanty town.   Very nice, comfortable and cozy bed and breakfast. Perfectly located in the city center, 3 blocks from Massimo theater. Stayed here with my parents and partner in the two double rooms near the main door. When I stayed, I was in the suite (2 very nice sized rooms) with 2 balconies. Luca, the proprietor, is a VERY NICE and HELPFUL gentleman. He indeed wants to make your stay a pleasant one. Before I arrived, it seemed that I had countless questions and sent Luca several emails.
