The studio was super clean and the kitchenette was very well equipped. The room as of good size. The location is excellent as there is a free car park with plenty of space just 200m from the apartments and, as Olbia is very small, the main street with restaurants & bars is just around the corner. Olbia is a great place to stay to visit the beaches of Costa Smeralda and San Teodoro.
The apartment is very large and comfortable size. The interior decor is modern design - feels like home with kitchenette. Great central location - can walk everywhere. Parking available. Quiet. Convenient. Staff was excellent, hospitable and very helpful.

Extremely warm hearted staff, considerate and readily available to answer any questions or accommodate one-off... Felt like home! Great location -in the Old Town. Big room with balcony and nice view over the city.
The staff were fantastic and sorted everything for us (despite some room changes and confusion on their part about the room booked).
We liked everything: location, services, cleaness. Good value for money.
The nearness to the old city, good service.
Location good: walking distance from waterfront and good restaurants (but no unreserved tables available).
The mattress was really uncomfortable, you could feel the springs! The power of the shower was poor. The shower was quite small but this did not really bothered us.
I was there for a week and there was no service - cleaning or even just a change of towels- since there is no washer in the apt. Plus we were suppose to even throw the trash out - walk down the street to a trash bin. Wifi - Internet was slow and most of the time impossible to get connection. The showers are small and not enough water pressure. The mattress in the bedroom bed was terrible and i slept in the sofa bed which was a bit better.
The room described and pictured was not the room initially offered, but they upgraded on complaint.

Apartment for four people was actually two rooms and bathroom with a pull down sofa and small kitchenette. Very uncomfortable and noisy ( fridge noise all night) for those sleeping in front room. Window in front room opened onto a blank wall and window in bedroom opened onto street. Breakfast cost extra10euros pp so accommodation overpriced.
