It is essentially a family run business and it is clear they take pride in the work they do. The location of the place is perfect in that it is really easy to access beaches and sites such as Avola, Noto, the Vendicari reserve and other sites in the area. The facilities and rooms are spotless, comfortable and very well kept. There is a really nice bar area with a refreshing swimming pool and breakfast is served on a patio. The owners make customers feel right at home and spend significant per.
所有评语 » Very friendly and helpful staff, the hotel is the middle of lemon trees fields, so you have breakfast under the trees. It is well located to visit Noto and the beaches in the south area of Siracusa. Room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. We even had a small terrace with a kitchen if needed. Great value for money. The town of Noto was a great surprise, it is absolutely beautiful (Unesco) and although packed with tourists as we went in August, it was not as uncomfortable to visit as o. Very friendly personnel, they call you by your name and treat you like if you are their friends. Very good, extensive breakfast with al lot of food that they produce theirselves. However, it is mainly sweet (dolce) stuff, some more salty options would be welcome. Noto is only a 10 minute drive, the beach 5 minutes. Although a car is required Villa Felicia has a pleasant rustic feel & is witthin easy reach of Notto, beaches and nature reserves. Felicia, Ylenia '& Salvatorre & other family members were always genuinely keen to make our stay a happy one. And they certainly did that, so much so that we wil return. Nice and quite place, warm welcome, huge breakfast buffet with home made jam and cakes, good situation (close to Noto, Syracuse, beaches), quiet and 24/7 access to the swimming pool ! The staff was very hlepful, giving us good advice and even coming to get us when we got lost !. very friendly staff who speak English but were happy to speak Italian to me so I could practise ! great breakfast - a lot home- made. Great swimming pool and very close to beach. Very close to the UNESCO town of Noto which is definitely worth a visit. cute location surrounded by lemon trees! nice walk distance from the noto beach. in september we had probably the greatest beach experience here. recommending to eat lunch at the beach at hosteria del mare. great food and atmosphere. people were nice. The staff are exceptional. Never been welcomed in a more friendly and easy-going way. Location is great, too, and so are the rooms - decorated like a skiing chalet! Nice pool and bar area. Quiet, beautiful area and 5 min from the beaches. Personnel is very friendly and relaxed. Very nice and good breakfast with a lot of homemade things. Very nice hosts always ready to help. Small hotel in the middle of the citrus grove - very beautiful. Thevfriendly owners and staff, The pool, the bar area, the lemon groves, the location. attitude of staff, very helpful great breakfast silence / relax - good sleep. friendly staff, nice swimming pool and setting, breakfast in the garden. Well laid out facilities. Good breakfast very relaxing area for it. The hospitality. Molto bello. Everything. Friendliness of service + close to Noto and close to th beach. Staff made you feel like family. Call before you go to get directions, a gps navigator will lead you to the middle of nowhere. Personnel hardly speaks English. Not a big problem, but still. Rooms are equipped with a boiler, so hot water is finished within about 8-10 minutes. Nothing. Not easy to find, and you need the car to move around. not for people who look for lot of action!. GPS had a very hard time finding it. Let's call it a hidden gem.. It is a small room in a large wooden cabin. Rooms are quite small. Lack of bar service, flies. Not being able to have a meal there at night. Airco only working in afternoon - Sound isolation - It is a low-budget stay. Hard to find - Need a car with sat nav. No taxi service or public transport available.
