All the reception staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. In particular, they were kind enough to let us leave our heavy suitcases with them while we went to Capri for two days even though we weren't coming back to stay there. Ilaria (I hope I have the name right - the English version of Hilary I think) was particularly helpful to us. The free wifi was excellent - fast and never cut off. The breakfast was also very good. The only thing I didn't like so much was that it was down in.
所有评语 » An excellent hotel, very well located. Most important attractions are walking distance away as are the Railway Station and the Ferry Wharf. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to help me plan my trips to the Amalfi coast, Capri et al. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Seem to be newly done up. The morning breakfast was very nice and while it was an excellent Prosecco instead of Champagne, I certainly had no complaints. Some excellent pizzerias nearby. All in all a very pleasant . Very friendly & helpful staffs. Made a lot of difference when you are in a foreign city. make you feels safe. Good location to move around although the outside surrounding is unlike what is inside, Breakfast is good. Wonderful Design. - Very convenient location to many attractions in Naples - Clean rooms with nice sized bathrooms, some storage space and comfy beds - Wi-fi was free and worked well - Staff was friendly and ordered us a taxi for our early drive to the airport - Naples is covered in trash and graffiti, this hotel allows you to step out of all that. good location . nice design hotel. My room had one window which opened out facing the adjacent building with washing hanging out for drying from every window. I wasn't in the room much so it didn't bother me really. Maybe other rooms have a better view. None. A little noise from the main street. view -- peeling wall of the neighboring building ... Niets. Location while central lacks some charm and not the best part of town but once inside is very comfortable and a good value. Parking costs 30 Euro in nearby small car park. Naples unfortunately seems very run down. Nothing. The view from my window. Size of the bedroom and social areas is kind of small. Parking: supposedly I could use a parking in the neighborhood (next to NH Hotel) but there was nobody there to open the door. Bathroom wasn't clean, half used amenities in the bathroom. Bar downstairs didn't have many things that was listed in the menu. no wifi in the room (4th floor). Breakfast is not very rich. The internet was not working well at all. The connection dropped frequently. - Air conditioning was not working in the entire building because the hotel had not changed from using heat to a/c for the season. Complete unprofessional staff :( .Room service did not answer at the telephone (701) . After 12 PM in the night they close the front door and ask you every time your room number . They give us an allready ocupied room :( ....etc.
