Small, well priced hotel in a relaxing Tuscan garden setting. The managers were extremely helpful without being intrusive, they recommended local restaurants, provided tourist information and directions and ensured our needs were met. The room was delightful and had every amenity we needed. The establishment had a "B and B" atmosphere and the hospitality was outstanding. The hotel is conveniently situated just outside Montepulciano, but uphill all the way into the town. The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast had plenty of choice which included freshly baked cake every day. The hotel rooms were very clean and nicely decorated and outside the lovely spaceous garden was ideal. We will definitely return one day.
所有评语 » This was the nicest BandB we stayed in on our Italy trip. Beautiful decor, fine linens, fluffy towels. We appreciated Amerigo's advice on restaurants and directions to nearby towns. We loved looking out the window into the beautiful flower filled garden. It has the best breakfast we experienced in Italy. Owners take great pride in their BandB and it shows. Room was large, well appointed and spotlessly clean. Hotel manager was very welcoming and helpul. Hotel was well located, easy walking distance to town entrance (uphill), and relatively easy to find due to good signage on roads. Hotel is set in beautiful gardens and is actually nicer than it looked in the photos.a charming little hotel which has every necessary things to make our stay confortable such as air condition, mini bar and safty box. The owner was very helpful and gave us maps and detailed information about the restaurant. The breakfast was superb! We will definitely be back. The owners are eceptionally friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to give you information. They gave many great site seeing suggestions and even found the wine we liked so much. Also their English is very good for an Italian family. Breakfast was great. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every respect. The decor and comfort was excellent, the cleanliness unparalleled and the owner's attention to our needs was equally outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel for every level of traveller. peaceful, quiet, beautiful, very very clean, the staff was very helpful with everything, even made reservations in town for us. My wife and i had the most private and romantic picnic in the courtyard local wine, cheese, bread, and boar. We stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the convenience to the city. The owners were charming, helpful, and the Il Rondo exceeded our high expectations. It was the perfect conclusion to our vacation. Pleasant owners. Location to get into town. The room was excellent as well as the beautiful breakfast prepared by the Owner. It was great! It is a little removed from the beautiful hill town and is a steepuphill to get there but this is not necessarly bad.There was not a single thing that we did not like about Albergo II Rondo! Our only regret is that we could not stay longer. They do not provide dry cleaning service for your clothes. They recommend a self service facility where you can do your own laundry and iron it too.Walk into town was steep so could be a problem for some people. nothing all was very nice and the place and sourranding area exceptional, I really recomended this Hotel.No. It was perfect. Some did not speak english. a little too expensive considering one still must walk into town. Nothing bar that it is far out of the main centre. The looong uphill walk to the central town (would not have been a problem for a family without small kids). beds not very comforable.
