Amazing staff who could not have been more helpful - we had an issue on the last day after heavy snow as we didn't have chains for our car. Andreas, the manager, was kind enough to make several trips to the next town down the road to inquire about buying chains and then purchase them for us.

Location was excellent with a lovely walk through the old streets to the
ski lift. Quiet and easy to find and plenty of parking. Lovely local
restaurant which we fortunately found in the old streets would have been
good if we had been told about it.
