Staff was very friendly and helpful, although they spoke German better, it was possible to communicate in English. We arrived late, at 9 p.m. but the receptionist waited for us. The staff was very friendly. The location of the hotel is directly at the lake, with a beautiful view. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms was small but tidy, the bathroom looked new. I would recommend the stay.
