  The experience was great. Everything perfect. The staff really helpful; the bedrooms big, beautiful and clean; breakfast included and good and good location. 15 minutes walk from the Duomo. If I go to Milan again that is the place I want to stay.. - Very family hotel. Cute and easy commuting to centre. Great customer service and friendly.

  The hotel staff is very very nice and friendly!!! We arrived there so early in the morning that the hotel room haven't finished yet. Therefore, the staff put us in to another hotel nearby which is very nice as well.   The hotel is nice and has its own character, design. Clean too. - Tram stop is in front of the hotel and it takes 20 minutes to reach the centre. Reception was very friendly and helpfull.
