  Great service, excellent welcome, the room was cleaned every day, new towels and sheets every day, the location is great - very close to the subway, the view and the neighborhood was awesome. Supermarket, everything. - The hotel is situated in a superb location, a lovely walk to the Duomo, but surrounded by a vast choice of restaurants and cafes etc. The breakfast choice was excellent and served for 3 hours with fresh supplies being brough out frequently. The staff at this hotel cannot be faulted on service and friendliness. Highly recommended!!

  Loved this b&b, strongly recommend to stay here, very honestly priced room. Ignore all the other negative feedback left. Staff are very helpful. I will always be coming back. They especially called a person knowing Indian Language(Hindi) so that we do not have any difficulty in communicating things. The lady at desk was very courteous. The Hotel is located in a quiet place and is close to "Pace" , a happe - It's an ideal place/location for people on business trip. However if you want to give access to people who are doing business shopping it would be good to have facilities such as scale to check weight of luggage, a place to pack luggages, it can be outside or in the parking. Otherwise fantastic!!! English language has been a plus for your customers.
