  The hotel was spotless and welcoming. The staff, even though they didn't speak English, made a huge effort to try and understand. We had a family emergency during our stay and they were extremely helpful and kind.   We were impressed with the size of the room and we were lucky enough to have a large corner balcony. The staff were very pleasant. - Everything! Especially the hotel staff was very friendly.

  This B&B was excellent. It is family-run in a section of their (large) family house two blocks from the sea. The people were just lovely. Especially Pierro was extremely helpful - we arrived downstairs at 12pm one day whereas breakfast had supposedly ended at 10am. He helped us book a tour of the Carrara marble mountains and showed us a map of the mountain. The next day - The owners were very friendly and helpful. All the normal facilities were available. The rooms were lovely and the breakfast plentiful and of good quality.
