  Everything at this hotel was great! The young man at reception upon our arrival was exceptionally helpful. Our room was delightful, and had a balcony overlooking the lake, and the ferry departure point.   The hotel was well-run and kept clean. It was pleasant without being spectacular, which is exactly what we wanted and were expecting. By far, the best aspect of the hotel was the staff. All were pleasant and helpful, but big thanks go to the man at reception (who seemed to do almost every job in the place) and the night porter (who couldn't speak ... 别人怎么说 » English but helped us have a great time nonetheless).   Friendly staff (local couple), excellent personal service. The atmosphere is more like a BandB than a hotel. Breakfast was very good, and the entire hotel was clean and well cared for. - Very friendly, helpful owners who took pride in their hotel. Glass of prosecco on arrival - a nice touch.
