We loved La Toretta. We stayed in one of the 2 apartments that are part of the hotel but separate from the main building. It was better than we could have hoped for. A large studio apartment with spectacular views and complete privacy. The view from the balcony encompasses the town and the water with a fantastic sunset every night. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed and more, including welcome champaign, free coffee and mini bar and toiletries/bathrobe/slippers. The shower was.
所有评语 » Everything was stunning, i loved the view, i loved every single detail of their design, I appreciated all the little extra touches that the did for us: from a welcome prosecco, a train station pick up, hand written note and many other, it was customer care in a high level. Breakfast was incredible (you can have it in the room or in the garden), everything was fresh and delicious...the biggest and yummiest cappuccino i ever had! All the staff were very kind and helpful. Manarola is the most beau. La Toretta was the biggest surprise in our trip to Italy. When you look from the outside you can't imagine the wonderfull decor of the inside. On our arrival we had a drink and then a little treat waiting for us in our room. The room was gorgeous and had the most wonderfull view, we could stay there for hours just looking at the outside, and there was also a lovely balcony but the weather wasn't good enough to use it. The staff was 5* at all occasions. To start with the people, they were fantastic and very helpful. We stayed in their studio apartment which was beautifully nestled within the mountains and surprisingly modern in decor. Breakfast was a picnic basket full of most delicious and freshly baked breads.. And fridge full of all kinds of goodies...the views were breathtaking. Woud have preferred to go without my little girl because getting around required a lot of stairs and walking. This is probably one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Upon arrival we were welcomed to a patio with breathtaking views and given prosecco and a snack while they moved our bags to our room for us. The breakfast that was brough to our room the next morning was fantastic as well. The room itself was spacious, beautiful, and had amazing views. This is truly an amazing place! With only a few rooms this beautiful gem is located in one of the Cinque Terre villages. It is not cheap, but service and rooms are excellent! Comfy bed, rain shower, bath, sparkling wine, balcony with sea view,etc. If you are looking for the most romantic spot in the region, don't look any further. We absolutely loved our stay. The staff was so helpful and friendly and we enjoyed all the special little touches like a glass of sparkling wine when we arrived and a complimentary bottle in our room. The view from the room and the common terraces was fantastic. Hope to return. Gorgeous boutique hotel made with great taste and attention to detail. The view from the apartment was amazing, overlooking the whole village and the bay. The interior design of the apartments are simply the best one I've seen through our trip in Italy. Great atmosphere!. Loved the views of the sea, the hospitality of the staff and our room. I can't say enough about the room. Such a cute and comfortable place. The huge tub was a plus. We also loved how they brought you breakfast in your room every morning. I'd love to go back. Beautiful comfortable spacious, spotlessly clean room, with stunning vistas. Welcoming staff, and lovely details such as delicious in room breakfast and lighting candles in our room for our return at night. We would definitely stay here again!. Accomodations have to be the best in Manarola. Exceptional service, cleanliness and accomodations. The hotel offered a very enjoyable happy hour and breakfast deliverd to the room. I really can't say enough good things about our stay here. La Torretta is a lovely hotel located on the hillside of Manarola which has panoramic views of the Ligurean Sea. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Their delivered breakfast is wonderful and we loved the "happy "hour gathering. Fantastic B&B perched ideally a little away from the seafront. Personnel exceptionally welcoming and attentive. Suite with large terrace, sunbed for 2 and seating and coffee table. Decoration is very tasteful and homely. Loved this place. Amazing views, great accommodations, friendly and super helpful service. I have a feeling that if we hadn't come during the off season, we'd never had gotten a room. No doubt this place sells out quickly. Views incredible from our basic room window, hospitalitality exceptional and Vernazza is such a quaint village on the Mediterranean. Gabriela and staff went out of their way to assure we had every need met. Location was absolutely fantastic. Staff could not do enough for you. One of the most stunning views in Italy. Right in the centre of Manarola the second village of Cirque Terre. A must stay location. The location was wonderful. It was a long ways up the hill, but the view was incredible...just like the picture. We were greeted with wine and snacks. We had our own little patio as well. Lovely!!. Ambiance was charming from the location, the room, the small and beautifully appointed patios, the bento box breakfast. Owner and staff were uber hospitable, attentive, helpful, knowledgeable. Everything was lovely! The room, the view, the staff and the breakfast! We even saw the "green flash" at sunset from the terrace! I would highly recommend La Torretta. The entire staff was wonderful! They took great care of us and the room and view was fabulous! I would highly suggest this to anyone going to the area!. Beautiful property, family runned and the staff are very friendly, going all the way to ensure i had a good experience in their hotel and locale. The breakfast... although it had variety when it comes to the bakery items there was only one of each (apart from the croissant) and we were two. Everything else was amazing. Weather in Italy has started to get really hot in the Summer so air conditioning would be really ideal or an additional ceiling fan in the living area. My only complaint would be being charged for wifi. It was really annoying that for all the money you pay you have to pay 10 EURO extra per night for the wi-fi, which is not mentioned in the description of the hotel when we booked it. This is just bad taste. Unfortunately the pathways to the towns in either direction were temporarily closed, but that is through no fault of La Toretta. A bit pricey but well worth the expense......a taste of luxury in a quiet Italian village setting. They could have nicer pillows. That we had to leave. Room a bit small and steps very deep. Would be difficult for person with knee issues. I thought it was expensive. There is absolutely nothing to dislike about La Torretta. I would and will be recommending it to all I know. Everything was perfect. Shower head location No wash cloths in bath. Wish they had transportation from train station to resort, not easy pulling luggage up the hill. stairs :-))). The rooms were a little on the small side. Wifi advertised in the details, but on arrival we were not told it was not available in the rooms. Given it rained most of the time, we had to go out of our room (in the wet) to be able to use the internet. Not good. The stairs (which outside) are very steep and on the last evening the handrail had been painted and were wet. We were not told and there was no sign informing us... yes, you guessed, we had grey paint on our hands and clothes... They are not equiped nor suited to receive kids, they dont have cribs, nor extra beds, I wish it was indicated somewhere before we booked, we stayed for one night, so it was not bad,but I dont regret it, they are excellent if you dont have kids. not applicable. Far from train station. Rooms and bed were small. The room was small and very humid and cold. With tiny window. It should not be a problem in summer, however I expected better room for that price.
