From Naples or Florence:
- Take the A24 motorway close to Rome.

From Bologna:
- Take the A24 motorway.
- Exit at Teramo-Giulianova.
- Continue towards Teramo.
- Join the A24.

From Bari or Pescara:
- Take the A25 motorway.
- Exit at Buss.
- Take the A-road towards L'Aquila.

Several buses connect Rome or Pescara with the L’Aquila.
