  Very friendly and helpful staff, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and functional. Also the air conditioning was working fine.   I really didn't have high hopes for this hotel, but I was pleasantlysuprised, the room was very roomy very clean, good location, andexcellent value for money, I would definately stay there again - Excellent location. Easy access to bus stations. Big room and bathroom. Excellent staff. Clean.

  Excellent value in a central, accessible location. Great restaurants nearby. Lots of choice. Excellent for shopping or as a launch for exploring all of the main sites of Rome. Usually when I travel with groups or solo, the hotels are 4 stars but when I have chosen this hotel I was totally right that the hotel is clean and the breakfast buffet as 2 * hotel is worth €10 as in 4 * hotel. We liked the open courtyards with the pretty flowers. We were on the second floor and it was a little hard hauling our luggage up those steps. There was a lift but we didn't see any guests using it, only staff. Otherwise great hotel!

Overall, it was a great stay and we will - I liked the breakfeast in the morning as it realy brang out the Italian side of food culture especially being from the uk the difference is incredable! As I stayed over the easter weekend you could feel the excitement from the locals regarding the new pope Francis. The location was great with only a 12 minuite walk to Vatican City and metro line! The shower was hot and great pressure for a 6th floor room! (Don't worry there is a lift all the way up.) Really good price for what it is. - Clean, Professionalism and politeness. The staff has helped us to make a reservation to Museums which was mandatory before you visit them. It was the best place to return to after a very tiring day walking all around the Rome. Last but not least it was located in a very nice and safe place.
