  Its great to know Rome, you really can't be closer to the center, 5 mins fron the Spanish Steps, 15 mins from Piazza Venecia, 25 mins from the Forum, Coliseum and Palatino! This is a guest-house consisting of half a floor in an older building, not a hotel, so don't expect hotel services. The location can't be beat and the price is right. It was one of the few places I could find in central Rome that had American-sized king beds.

  We were 8,9,10 April 2011.Everthing was perfect, breakfast reach and very good, clean, comfortable and not expensive to be in Rome and the most important Samantha and Nicoletta where very polite and helped us a lot htey left their mobile phone to be called at any time!

  It was very clean and the room was much bigger than I expected. The lady from reception was lovely! In the middle of everything...The Colloseum is just around the corner and short walk to Trevi Fountain which is stunning. Furth - I loved the fact that it is a small hotel, and the service is personalised, flexible and very friendly. It is very quiet, there is not a lot of coming and going, and the rooms are quiet, comfortable and relaxing. Beautiful bathroom and toiletries with a lovely big bath. Fabulous! It is also a short walk to the station, which was a big advantage. It is close to the metro, and if you like walking it is an enjoyable walk to most attractions.
