  Absolutely everything!! The hotel is so bright and crisp.   I took my parents to Naples and booked this hotel. I was nervous because it had no reviews - it had only been open for 1 week. But having been to Naples a few times before, I couldn't believe what a great price the hotel was as it's in the best area of Naples (it's really important to stay in a nice area when traveling to Naples as the not so nice... 别人怎么说 » areas can be dangerous). We were wowed from the moment we got there. The staff upgraded us to a sweet - without even asking. The suite had a jacuzzi - Located at the 2nd floor of an old palace 100m from incredible Toledo subway station. Piazza Plebiscito, the Harbour, Spaccanapoli..all just 5 min walk. Right at the border of Spanish quarter with its famous little restaurants. Hotel is very clean (just opened) run as a family business. Enjoy a look down colorful Via Toledo from the small balcony at reception. Ideal for business and for tourism.
