  The location is excelent, 5 minutes walking to Arena. The rooms are big and comfortable and the owner is very nice and helpfull. A problem: room nr.1 is very close to the kitchen, so if there's some activity you will hear everything. But the owner was nice and changed our room after one night. There was a separate kitchen area with everything you need. If you stay for a long time you can prepare some food with no trouble. The fridge could hold an elephant! Location is good for car but can also easily be accessed by bus - stop is right after the corner, travel to the city center takes 10-15 min.
