  Very year I stay at the Leon D'oro for the trade show in Vicenza in May. Its location close to the station is a plus and the walk to verona Centro is pleasant. I lobby is very welcoming and the recent changes is very refreshing.   We booked there for our Anniversary and it was an absolute pleasure – Proseco and chocolates were waiting at our room and everything looked exactly like in the pictures. The rooms were comfortable, beautifully decorated and very romantic. The bathroom was very modern and had all amenities we needed.   We arrived at the Hotel after a very long days work and a long drive ontop and I was feeling totally exhausted and was not looking forward to the rush to change and making the dash into the centre for the areana, which would start in I hour.
