I didnot get the chance to meet her before I checked out of the hotel but I would like to express my thanks for giving us the beautiful room to stay. Therefore - Located on a small street just near the railway station and vaporetto stop, which is very comfortable when you arrive to Venice. Besides hotel was very clean and neat, staff very friendly and professional. We had to stay for one more night unexpectedly so as our room was already booked they found us a nice room for the same price. Rich breakfasts which was great for such a budget price. I am very happy for we chose this hotel.

But - The location was convenient as it is near the waterbus station which takes you anywhere. The room was clean and neat. The staff was helpful and provided everything we needed. There are also many restaurants in the area so it is fairly convenient.
