Very good location, only 20 minutes away with the vaporetto(waterbus) from the San Marco Piaza.Eaven at night a vaporetto is avaible. So you dont have the bustle of downtown. On Lido you also have a nice beach. Hotel isn't super but good enough. -

Two mins from the vaporetto stop from the main island of Venice, (and therefore, the vap from the station) and on the main road which leads straight to the public beach, 3 mins walk.
