  very helpful and nice sfaff, comfortable apartments, perfect location - close to Termini, but no noise at all, services are good, breakfast tasty and full. Generally comparing to the other hotels where I've been - one of the best for quality/price. I was surprised I did not except the nice breakfast nor a decent size room . Most hotel rooms in rome are tiny . there is usally one foot between the wall and the bed. . This had two feet. The hotel is clean and very nice.

  Location was about 100 yards from Spanish Steps, and very close to a metro stop. AlsoRooms were very comfortable and bathrooms were good sized and modern.   Its great to know Rome, you really can't be closer to the center, 5 mins fron the Spanish Steps, 15 mins from Piazza Venecia, 25 mins from the Forum, Coliseum and Palatino! This is a guest-house consisting of half a floor in an older building, not a hotel, so don't expect hotel services. The location can't be beat and the price is right. It was one of the few places I could find in central Rome that had American-sized king beds.
