  The location was fantastic, really central to everything. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The room was quaint with wonderful beamed ceilings. I loved the mixture of old and new. The bathroom was spotless and very modern with free toiletries( which actually were lovely) . The outside seating area was lovely and would be a great place to enjoy a nice chilled bottl - Location was perfect for exploring Sienna! Right in the middle of everything, but still a tranquil haven by night. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean, comfortable, and newly renovated, breakfast was low key but lovely and could be enjoyed on a pretty trellised terrace. Would definitely recommend to friends and stay again.

  The apartment that we had had two double rooms, a shared bathroom (with shower rather than bath) and a well fitted kitchen/diner. The diner had a gas hob, oven, fridge/freezer and a washing machine - all of high quality.   We received a superb welcome by the very friendly staff who had left us two bottles of their own oil as it was our honeymoon. The apartment was very big for just two of us and though the kitchen is small we still cooked in it every day. The pool is lovely and very clean. We went for a week so it was the perfect location as it was quiet and peaceful but still relatively close to the centre. If we were going - Great place to stay, away from busy turistic town center with the facility to reach it on a 20 minute bus ride or 30 to 45 minute walk. Very nice, friendly, very helpful staff. Convinient grocery shop about one kilometer away (kind of dangerous road to walk along though). Be aware of reception working hours.
