All of the above and the view from our suite - Our room was very spacious with views of the Arno and the bathroom was lovely with two sinks. The staff were very nice and helpful. I would definately recommend this hotel.

The staff was very nice and very help full. They seemed interested in us having a good time in florence will staying in there hotel. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, the tv worked. The bathroom was very nice, clean, well stocked with towels and toiletires. The upstairs bar was very nice. We enjoyed ending out day up at the roof top bar.

We loved this hotel. It was excellent value for money. The room was spacious, the bathroom was big and clean and we had a balcony with a great view. The centre is a 20 minute walk away, but the walk down the river (past a number of good cafe's etc) is worth the effort. The fact that is is just across the street from the train station was perfect for us because we took a train into and out of Florence, so the hotel could not have been more convenient for dealing with heavy suitcases.

The stuff was friendly and helpful. The location was great. The hotel isreally close to the centre of the city. The breakfast was great tastyand fresh.
