  Staff was very helpfull. Breakfast had a lot of variety and a good way to start the day. Hotel just steps from Metro and buses. Rome was very easy to navigate with public transportation - Roof top terrace and staff were excellant, had stayed here before,excellant location for sightseeing.

  It was very clean, they cleaned the bathroom and changed the towels everyday and also made the beds every day. We had warm water all the time, they also had a kitchen with fridge, cooker and microwave oven. We stayed in a 2 rooms apartment and we had shared bathroom but that was not a problem as we never intersected with the other guests.   The staff were excellent and very accommodating. They were more than happy to give us extra information including good restaurants to go to and ones to avoid. They were especially considerate of the prices too as we were on a budget as I imagine most people are these days.
