  The staff was really nice and helpful! The room we booked had 2 single beds, at the check in the guy mentioned it to us and offered to look for a room with a double bed. So we were upgraded to the Superior Ladies Room.   早餐 - We were very pleased with the Windsor Hotel Milano and found it to be the nicest hotel that we stayed in during our touring of Italy. We really hated to leave. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the hot buffet breakfast was excellent. The staff was very helpful, and we were able to store our luggage on the day we checked out, while we did ... 别人怎么说 » some additional site seeing before catching our train. - We were only able to stay for 1 night, but it was the most comfortable bed we had slept in during our stay in Europe, our flight was late getting into Milano, check-in was no problem even after 12am, the bar tender was very helpfull, as we needed a night cap after a day of sight seeing and flights. We will stay in the same hotel and recomend it to everyone we know who needs to stay in Milano.
