  The staff were most helpfull from the moment we arrived till the day we left.   This is a unique and charming palazzo with 13 rooms some directly on a small canal, it is ultra Venetian and thus nearly a cliche. The people are extremely nice and helpful, recommended the best (quality/budget) restaurants we went to, strongly recommend this place that helps you immerse into a true Venice experience. The staff were extremely polite and helpful with instructions on how to get around the city, and looked after our baggage when we went for a walk about the city after we had checked out.   The hotel is positioned in a quiet side street and was a tad more expensive than we usually pay for our city breaks but we thought it was good value in relation to the other hotels in the area.
