  Very nice, comfortable and cozy bed and breakfast. Perfectly located in the city center, 3 blocks from Massimo theater. Stayed here with my parents and partner in the two double rooms near the main door. The rooms are big and have 1(and 2) balconies, which are nice to enjoy during breakfast when it's sunny or in the evening. When I stayed, I was in the suite (2 very nice sized rooms) with 2 balconies. Luca, the proprietor, is a VERY NICE and HELPFUL gentleman. He indeed wants to make your stay a pleasant one. Before I arrived, it seemed that I had countless questions and sent Luca several emails. He always answered promptly and was VERY informative and kind.The B&B is VERY CLEAN and it is in a PERFECT central location

We have been traveling about 10 days thorough Italy staying at hotels before coming here. The room was spacious and clean with well equipped kitchen that I cooked fresh groceries. Also it located a good location which is most of the attractions are walking distance. All tourist atractions in Palermo can be reached by foot. Also, it is easy rechable from the airport by bus. Our room was very comfortable and clean, but a bit dark. Last but not least, the staff is very friendly and helpful, always ready to answer our questions, recomand nice places to eat and even help us with our short trip to Monreale.
