  We got there in July 2013, it was on a Sunday, the parking opposite the guest house was free( €4 all day for weekdays). We don't often see him in the guesthouse but he definitely knows how to attend to our needs. The guesthouse is a few minutes walk from Termini station, which is the main train station in Rome which can get you to other cities like Florence, Milan and Venice.
