  Stayed for 2 nights July 2013 prior to a cruise. Jerson was amazing and did more than what was the normal call of duty. A wonderful individual who took the time to ensure his guests were most comfortable and offering city info on various sites.   We got there in July 2013, it was on a Sunday, the parking opposite the guest house was free( €4 all day for weekdays). We don't often see him in the guesthouse but he definitely knows how to attend to our needs. The guesthouse is a few minutes walk from Termini station, which is the main train station in Rome which can get you to other cities like Florence, Milan and Venice. There are a lot of covenience stores within the area where you can buy less expensive bottled waters and some fruits. The free breakfast was served in a nearby cafe. Nothing fancy,
