The location (just 2 stops from Termini using the subway) offers a great starting point for many trips around Rome! Staff is super friendly! The hotel is close to the Termini station, so it was easy to get to when coming from the airport. I was also pleasantly surprised that we got to stay in a suite. Everyone was very nice and everyone spoke English. They also had a great breakfast spread. This was the nicest of the three hotels I stayed in while visiting Rome.
