  When we first checked in, the gentleman at the desk was very nice. We stayed there on Valentine's Day so when I walked into the room, there was a long stemmed rose and a note from the hotel sitting at the table. It was a very nice touch. Thought they have just recently opened, and they are still ironing out some electronic quirks, they are right on top of every detail. We truly loved this hotel in wonderful Verona! - The room was lovely and the staff were friendly and very helpful. And though the hotel is just around the corner from Piazza Bra, it was very peaceful I went there to celebrate a big birthday and staff helped with choosing a fabulous place to eat and also gave us good advice for our visit to Lake Garda. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
