  We enjoyed everything about our stay at San Lorenzo Rooms. The room itself was compact but extremely clean and comfortable with a TV and refrigerator in the room and an excellent air-conditioning system which was much needed in the intense heat we experienced whilst in Rome.   friendly staff, ok breakfast, good location in center, reasonably close to Termini station - 3 minutes' walk from the lively Porta Maggiore square, which offers a choice of local restaurants, pizzerias and internet cafés. There is a small kitchenette; we wanted to boil some water and make a tea cause it was cold and it wasn't a problem ;) so i think if you need to use some kitchen facilities you just need to ask.
