Loved Pino, the owner!! He was there at a moment's notice if we needed anything and so helpful. He gave a recommendation for dinner and it was the best place for food and value we ate during the 3 days in Roma. The hotel made a mistake and sold me a room which was already booked. As soon as they discovered the problem, they immediately called me and placed at another place which was close to all attractions but still on a residential street far away from the crowds. We didn't need to get a taxi during our stay, only back to the bus station on the day we were leaving.
It's all about location, location, location!!!!! Right in the centre of Rome you couldn't get much better. Fabiana is also a great help. Stay here definitely.
