  The staff was very nice and very help full. They seemed interested in us having a good time in florence will staying in there hotel. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, the tv worked. The bathroom was very nice, clean, well stocked with towels and toiletires. The upstairs bar was very nice.   We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was! We were "upgraded" to the Waldorf Suites next door and it was amazing! Apparently, this hotel acts as central booking for 4 hotels that are all next door to each other. The location was great. I had stayed there before, so I knew it was walking distance to all the major sites. The fact that is is just across the street from the train station was perfect for us because we took a train into and out of Florence, so the hotel could not have been more convenient for dealing with heavy suitcases.
